150 gr mince chicken
3 Lebanese breads
1/2 cup cottage cheese (tasty cheese or Kraft)
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup grated parmesan
9 grape tomatoes, halved
- Preheat oven to 160 degree C. Lighty grease 9 holes of a 1/3 cup muffin pan.
- Cook mince chicken in a small frying pan on high for 3-4 mins, until brown. Set a side to cool.
- Cut Lebanese bread to make 9 rounds. Ease into prepared muffin pan. Whisk together eggs, cheese, milk and parmesan. Sprinkle chicken over base of each muffin, Top with eggs mixture and two tomato halves.
- Baku for 15 mins or until filling is set.
