Gnocchi with Bechamel Sauce


My kids does hungry, if they are back from school. So, as a good mom, I'm always makes something for eat, just looks like brunch, before dinner...:D Lucky me, I have some friend give me some idea, from food blogger, Face book. This one is Mira's 'daperipoek' idea, thanks, dear for ur good idea, Potato Gnocchi...:D Done!
But, the Bechamel Sauce isn't looks like Bechamel Sauce, :D why....check it out....:D just from pawonike :p

Ingredient : 
 - 250 gr potato gnocchi, ready to use
Once the sauce is ready, cook gnocchi in a pot of boiling salted water. The gnocchi is ready when it floats to the surface.

For the béchamel sauce:
1 1/2 tbs butter
2 tbs all-purpose flour
1-2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground white pepper
3/4 plus thick cream
1-2 cup grated Parmesan
baby spinach

To finish the dish:
freshly grated cheese
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Freshly ground white pepper

Prepare the béchamel :
Melt butter over medium heat. Add the flour to combine. Add the milk, thick cream and whisk quickly remove any lumps. Bring to low simmer to thicken and add the beef mince and salt. Add baby spinach, whisk quickly. Remove from heat.
 To sever place Gnocchi and sauce in a bowl and sprinkle almond meal on the top and grate some fresh Parmesan, white pepper, as you like....

oh begitu bentuknya.. iya kayak hileud rayap pohon nya. Hihihihihi.. Eh baby spinach kayaknya enak tuh. Belum pernah liat..
