Bakso Goreng


Akhirnya jadi juga nih si Bakso Goreng, :) camilan sehat buat anak2...seperti nya masih keluarga sama cireng nih, soalnya pake tapioca...hihihihihi....
Motretnya buru2...karena sudah tidak sabar :D

Resep hasil googling ada di blog nya  Esther Tanudjaya - Deep fried meatball dan di blog Cie Ine, makasih ya ibu-ibu sudah sharing resep2nya yang oke....

Dan saya modifikasi sedikit....:D sesuai bahan yang ada...:p

Bakso Goreng
modified Ike

Bahan :
300 gr udang tanpa kulit, haluskan dgn blender atau FP
250 gr fish paste
225 gr tapioca
air es (atau air biasa jg gpp) 100 ml
5 butir telur (egg @50 gr/each)
bwang putih bubuk 1/2 - 1 sdt
garam, gula pasir, sesuai selera
1 sdt minyak wijen
1/2 - 1/2 sdt kecap ikan
daun bawang iris tipis2
Minyak goreng secukupnya untuk menggoreng

Cara membuat :
1. Kocok semua telur, asal aja, masukkan ikan, udang, aduk rata, kemudian bumbu-bumbu selanjutnya tapioca dan air. Aduk sampai kalis dan rata.
2. Panaskan wajan cekung berisi minyak goreng, minyaknya agak banyak ya, agar terendam, seperti menggoreng kerupuk.
3. Kalau di yang punya resep membuatnya pakai tangan, seperti membuat bakso pada umumnya, aku sih pake spatula aja, tangan kiri pegang spatula, tangan kanan pegang sendok soup yang bulat itu loh, caranya, ambil adonan dengan tangan kanan, lalu tempatkan di spatula ditangan kiri, bentuk di atas sendok spatula, bulat-bulat, lalu celupkan ke minyak yang sudah panas.
4. Bakso goreng ini, jarang sekali dibalik, karena dia dengan sendiri membalik sendiri kalau sisi bawahnya sudah matang.

5. Bakso yangkeliatan matang, jangan buru-buru diangkat, biarkan kecoklatan, dan keliatan fix menggelembung. Kalau cepat diangkat ntar suka kempes...:D
6. Selamat mencoba....enak loh...garing diluar, chewy didalam.....

@ Ellapooh: Stella, salam kenal juga...:) makasih dah mampir, :) fish paste klo di Perth ada di toko Asia, Yin Sheng, Kong, dan Oriental shop, coba deh di Melbourne juga pasti ada, bentuknya kotak gitu, isi 250 gr. berada dideretan frozen,
teman2 sy di Melbourne bilang ada, coba deh cari...:)
